A review via the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Consumer Safety analyzed 8 imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', 5 from the UAE and a few from Turkey. It located that all 8 samples have been viewed as "defective". Five on the solutions sampled contained fats aside from cocoa butter, which is not permitted in items labelled "chocolate" in Germany.W
